3) Go to the UPLOAD FILES link in your CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

PLEASE READ - SERVICE POLICIES/PROCEDURES

Mixing and Mastering is an extremely complex process with many factors. PLEASE READ to fully understand exactly what to expect when purchasing your Mix and Master services.

Submission Requirements/Expectations

ALL Files must be included at delivery

ALL Files must be compatible at delivery

ALL Mix notes must be included at delivery in 1 MESSAGE (no back and forth)

ALL Revision notes must be included in 1 MESSAGE (no back and forth)

ALL TIME-SPECIFIC and SAMPLE-SPECIFIC Mixing and Revision notes must include timestamps at delivery

Recordings and tracks must be usable (no excessive clipping)

Recordings must be tracked out and bounced correctly to time (Arrangement corrections will cost revisions)

Recordings should be named and organized correctly

Any additional required Mixing services following the initial submission will result in upgrade

Once a Mix or Revision is started, I will refer to ONLY 1 MIXING NOTES MESSAGE. Any last minute mixing notes will not be honored.

Final Mixed stems available upon request

7 day turnaround standard

Communication is absolutely key in an Artist/Engineer relationship. If communication is insufficient, the final product may not be exactly how you’d like.

Again, communication is key. If there are any questions or concerns, communicating will be the quickest way to resolve them.

Refund Policy/Additional Info

All requirements and expectations must be met upon submission to complete any mixes and masters. If there are any deficiencies upon submission, we can try to correct them to continue with the services. If any additional services are required to complete the mix and master that were not included in the purchased mix package, this may result in an upgrade/additional fees to continue services. Any services requested or required outside the written requirements and expectations may or may not be honored on a case by case basis, will be subject to additional fees, or may result in a refund and discontinuing of service. Once a mix has started, I will only refer to 1 message with notes. Any last minute mix notes requested will not be honored, only after a mix or revision is completed and delivered can additional notes be honored. No refunds will be issued 24 hours after initial submission. For any additional information, please submit contact form.
